For SUM 400, a required class for seniors at Agnes Scott, we organize and submit final versions of the digital portfolio that we have been cultivating throughout our time at Agnes. Whereas I was happy with what my digital portfolio looked like before, I wanted a more “portfolio” themed look for it, instead of the blog focused theme I had before.
My old website
All about the process
I spent most of the time trying to find inspiration for what I wanted my website to look like. I, of course, went to Pinterest first for inspiration (here is a link to my Pinterest board).
I created moodboards on Adobe XD with what inspired me the most, finally, I chose the moodboard on the right as my main homepage inspiration and color palate.
Originally, I wanted to know fully design and code the website myself, but due to time constraints, I decided to just find a theme that worked best for what I wanted.
Eventually, I stumbled across the theme I’m using now: honeydew by Hearten Made.
Logo Redesign
I also redesigned my logo to fit more with my current branding and website.
